What bolform.com does with the information you type into its forms, and what it measures about visits.

Summary
- The bill of lading you fill in stays in your browser. BOLFORM does not automatically upload it to its servers and has no accounts.
- PDF, Word and Excel files are created in your browser. They are not uploaded anywhere.
- Some details can be saved in your browser's local storage so you can reuse them. You can delete them at any time.
- BOLFORM measures visits with anonymous web analytics. Form contents are not part of that.
Information you enter in the forms
Names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, account and reference numbers, commodity details and signature text are processed by your browser to display the form and to build the document you download. They are not sent to BOLFORM or to any third party as part of normal use of the forms.
The FedEx Freight page prepares a document only. It does not send anything to FedEx Freight and does not book a shipment.
What is saved in your browser
BOLFORM uses your browser's local storage, on your device only. Nothing below is transmitted by BOLFORM.

The recent draft is saved automatically once you start editing. Addresses and carriers are saved only when you click a “Save to this browser” button.
Clearing saved data
- Clear Form empties the form and removes the saved recent draft. Saved addresses and carriers are kept.
- Clear Saved Data removes the saved drafts, saved addresses and saved carriers listed above (generic and FedEx Freight), and empties the form.
- You can also clear this site's data from your browser settings. Data saved in one browser or device is not available in another.
If your browser blocks local storage, the forms still work, but nothing is remembered after you leave the page.
Analytics and hosting
BOLFORM uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited. It is not given the contents of any form, and no form data is attached to it.
The site is delivered through a hosting provider. Like most web servers, hosting infrastructure can record standard technical request information, such as the requested address, time, browser type and IP address, for operating and securing the service.
BOLFORM does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.
Changes to this page
If BOLFORM changes how it handles data, for example by adding accounts or cloud features, this page will be updated before those features are offered, and the date above will change.
