What BOLFORM is

BOLFORM is an independent document-preparation tool. It helps you fill in a bill of lading and download it as a file. It does not book freight, schedule pickups, quote rates or track shipments, and it does not communicate with carriers on your behalf.

Your responsibility for the document

• You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing the document before you use it.
• Check the finished document against your shipment, your carrier's requirements and your own records.
• Do not sign on behalf of another party. Carrier or driver signature areas are left for the carrier.

Carriers

Carrier-specific forms, such as the FedEx Freight page, are provided for convenience. They do not mean BOLFORM is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the carrier, and carrier names are used only to identify the carrier a document is intended for. Carrier requirements, forms and terms can change. Confirm the current requirements with the carrier. Shipping with a carrier may require an account with that carrier.

Not legal or regulatory advice

The tools and the reference pages are provided for general information and document preparation. They are not legal, customs, tax, regulatory or compliance advice, and BOLFORM does not check that a document meets any legal or carrier requirement.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and as available. Features, forms and these terms may change. Because saved information lives in your browser, it can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices; keep your own copies of important documents.
